All you could ever want to know about me:
1. I have only met one person more dominant than me
2. I make my own soap, because the soap at the store simply wasnt cutting it
3. I have a handful of adorable tattoos
4. I read more science fiction than I should
5. I am really cute
6. I love being a mother
7. Math rocks my face off
8. I am lucky enough to be married to my soulmate (even if it is only legal in a few states)
In reference to number one… who?
A coworker I have now. Like ten times more dominant than me its really weird. I wonder if thats what other people feel like when I walk in the room. ha ha
I want to start by saying . . . if you’d rather not participate, I totally understand. I have declined in the past myself. It is kind of a pain in the arse. That said.
I’m awarding you the Versatile Blogger Award because I like your blog and think others will too. As with everything in life, there are strings attached. 1) You are to give the award to 15 other bloggers you feel are deserving and notify them of the award. 2) Make a post thanking the person that gave you the award (moi’) and listing your 15 choices. Provide links to these 16 blogs in your post. 3) Lastly, in your post, list seven things the bloggy world doesn’t know about you.
Here is the info I was given for the graphic of the award to be used in your post.
Personally, I had trouble with it, so feel free to contact me if you need help.
The bottom line . . . whether you participate or not . . . I think you have a rockin’ blog.
Can I participate in a week or two and find a couple more cool blogs to put on my list ?
You can participate in any time or way you’d like. My intend was to share a blog I enjoy.
I’m excited to particiate! Just gotta mull over my seven facts and my blogs 🙂
You say you’re really cute? Umm well how about this? Pics or it didn’t happen.
Ha Ha nice try 🙂
You must be so lonely. Let’s talk 😉
Ok Hi! how are you ?
I’m pretty good. Feeling a bit too extraordinary today and trying to pretend I’m ordinary is wearing me down. Drinking wine to offset distress. You?

You are such an awesome blogger! I have to say that when I read your post ‘Lets be friends…never mind’ the introvert part was me all over. And I thought, “Hey, I still have hope!”
I just want to tell you how much your sarcasm brightened my day. It might not mean much coming from a seventeen year old, but I really truly love your blog and intend to follow it for all I’m worth. And I most definitely am not saying this for a followback or anything. I honestly admire your writing.
That is so kind. Thank you for you uplifting words. Do not worry because I can honestly say it gets better.
This still cracks me up. I love numbers 3 and 5. bahahaha

wow thanks! I don’t think I have gotten that one yet!
Morning! You have been nominated for the Kreativ Blogger Award! Check out my blog for rules if you wish to accept! Happy Blogging!
Wow, thanks! I am truly humbled. I will admit though at this point I have forgotten who has given me what award and I feel if I pass on one it will look like I ignored others when truly I forgot where and who gave them to me, So long story short. I may pass it on maybe not. But I am honored and thankful.
You are welcome and obviously it is yours to do what you wish with! No obligations at all! Enjoy your blog, so keep on doing what you are doing!
I just read your comment to a blog post by Michael Hulshof-Schmidt on the War On Women. I wanted to make sure that you are aware of the Unite Against the War On Women rally at the State Capitol on April 28. We have numerous speakers including Sec. of State Kate Brown, Oregon’s first African American legislator Margaret Carter, TransActive Ex. Dir. Jenn Burleton (Michael & I serve on the Advisory Board for TransActive), and many others. For more information you can contact me. Also, the website: http://www.wearewomenmarch.net/, and Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/WOWOR/257400227685762/?ref=notif¬if_t=group_activity&__adt=4#!/groups/WOWOR/
If I were in Oregon and could go with y’all I would. I will look into what they are doing in Louisiana.
Every state in the country will have an event on April 28, so I’m sure Louisiana is doing something. Go to the website http://www.wearewomenmarch.net/ , then go to Louisiana’s page. Nancy
Just did! Thanks so much for letting me know !! Most people I know down here would not be letting me know this was going on if you know what I mean.
It’s not good anywhere, but things are so much better in Oregon than in Santorum country where you live. How do you survive?
One day at a time. It had gotten harder now that I have a kid. I care so much more about it all now. Working on moving in the next few years. I hope.
Yes, it’s amazing how having a child will refocus your priorities.

Wow. Thank you so much!! You are too kind!!
For what it’s worth, B.S., I’ve nominated you for an award too. For Lovely Blog. I very much enjoy your writings! And really wondering how that pallet garden is coming along…
Thank you so much! I am always so humbled that people enjoy my silly thoughts. Oh the drama with the garden I will have to post about that this week.
I just started this whole blog thing, and I sat down and read almost everything on your blog! You are a great writer and very entertaining! I know that this may be a stretch but I need a quick favor. You seem very mature, and I am having some issues which is why i started a blog. My first and only post so far is only 300 words, but I really need some feed back. If you could read it and help me in anyway you can I would be forever grateful. It seems pathetic that I have to ask like this but I just need help. I understand if you dont have time but I would appreciate any help you may be able to offer.
You can add: “Le Clown follows my blog”.
Le Clown
What an honor. I shall indeed add that to my about section.
NeverContrary,
This makes us BFF.
Le Clown
sweet can I get you a coffee?
NeverContrary,
Black, please. I’ll take the whole pot.
Would you like the paper?
Could you open the window, too? It’s so bright outside.
Le Clown
I would love the paper, you may have the whole pot, I will take some tea. The breeze is lovely today.
NeverContrary.
It is indeed. Are the kids still locked in the wardrobe? Should we add more water in their bowl?
Le Clown
Hey, there. I just nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award and the Sunshine Award because I think your blog is pretty sweet. If you’re interested, you can get more information here: http://facetiousfirecracker.wordpress.com/you-shouldnt-have/
If you think this is ridiculous, feel free to ignore me. 🙂
Thank you! I do not feel the awards are ridiculous. They are in fact wonderful. But at this point I can no longer pass them on as I have forgotten to pass on others and don’t want people to think I am playing favorites. So I will just be grateful instead. Thank you again.
I completely understand. You’re welcome!
Ha ha! I love your blog. Thanks for making me laugh.
Thanks!
Your blog is great, so glad I stumbled upon it. Will have to follow you x
Thanks glad to have you on board my crazy train. Enjoy the ride.
I’ve nominated you for the Versatile Blogger Award. Yay you! The award is on my blog: http://lifeislikeaboxofwine.com/
Thank you so much !!!!
You’re welcome! 🙂
Haha 😛 Love the ‘About me’
#2 is hilarious 😛
Thanks!
Hi there – I looked to find a way to make my goofy comment here private, but could find none. Of the bloggers I’ve read through, your posts, (and apparent thought patterns), appear to be most similar to mine……so I offer you here my condolences. With that out of the way, I’m new to blogging and am beginning to think to the future, the ‘so what’ factor. Can you tell me why you feel it is important to have your own ‘dot com’ site (as opposed, for example, just being part of WordPress or another blogging community)? I just want to let all my words get out….do I need a dot com? Really appreciate your thoughts, no matter how convoluted you might make them for me. 😉
I have no clue. I just write for me. Sorry.
Very Open & Honest About.. or is that.. Open & Honest About
Very.. or is that Veri-About Open & Honest…or is that…
What-ever it is… LIKE/FOLLOW…!!! 🙂
Thanks!!
